Goldbet Casino and Goldbet Lion: what is the brand and who runs it?
Goldbet casino is operated by Goldkey Technologies Limitada and offers a catalogue of 9 000+ games. The site is also searched for as the Goldbet Lion casino; the facts we hold describe one operator and one catalogue, and the operator does not publish any separate "Lion" product.
Sports betting is a separate product from the casino, and its markets and odds are not published in detail by the operator, so this page sticks to the casino side. Its Trustpilot listing is for goldbet.io, which is the address that listing refers to.
One practical point: for a UK reader, the main question is not the size of the lobby but the protection around it. That comes next.

Is Goldbet legit, safe and licensed for UK players?
Goldbet holds licence ALSI-012401005-F11 from the Anjouan Gaming Authority (Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan), and it holds no licence valid for the United Kingdom. That number can be checked on the regulator's official public register. UK players should treat it as an offshore site.
The difference matters. A UK Gambling Commission licence brings UK complaint routes and GAMSTOP self-exclusion; an Anjouan licence does not bring those protections to UK customers. If you have self-excluded through GAMSTOP, this is not a site to use.
Trustpilot shows 4.2/5 from 471 reviews for goldbet.io. A decent score, but a licence from outside the UK means that if a dispute over a withdrawal or a blocked account arises, you have no UK regulator to escalate to. Encryption is SSL/TLS 256-bit, which protects data in transit, not your legal position.
How to sign up and log in at Goldbet, even after a forgotten password
Registration and the Goldbet login both run through the brand's own website on desktop or mobile; there is no native app, only the mobile-optimised site. The operator does not publish a step-by-step flow, so the steps below are limited to what is confirmed.
- Open the brand's official site yourself rather than following a link from an unknown source, since clone sites exist.
- Use the sign-up option to create the account; you must be 18+.
- Log in with the credentials you set. The same login covers the Goldbet casino login and any Goldbet Lion login you may be looking for.
- If you forget the password, contact support through live chat, which runs 24/7, or by email.
The minimum deposit is not published by the brand, so check the cashier screen before paying in. Support details are on the contacts page.
Welcome package, deposits, withdrawals and app in brief
- Welcome package: 550% up to 11 500 € + 200 Free Spins, split across four deposits. According to vip-grinders.com, there is also 150 free spins no deposit with code VIPG. The split per deposit is not published, so the full bonus is only reachable by depositing four times. See the bonus terms.
- Deposits and withdrawals: the methods, limits and withdrawal times are not published by the operator in a form we can confirm. Details are on the payments page.
- App: there is no native app; the casino works as a mobile-optimised site. See the app page.
Our judgement: the package looks huge, but a 550% match with no published wagering or deposit split is hard to value. It suits experienced players who accept offshore risk, not anyone who wants UK-level protection. If gambling is becoming a problem, GamCare offers free support.
